I need a website developer who is willing to help translate my idea into a fully working website at a reasonable price. If you are interested in this project, please get in touch with me (akintayo.akinola@city.ac.uk). I am physically available in school on Thursdays.
- 12SepHave you never meditated but want to give it a try? Have you practiced mindfulness but want to try something new? Why not consider this FREE 4-week LOVINGKINDNESS programme for ages 18-25. The programme will be facilitated by a dedicated team in a small group setting on campus as part of a research project exploring the impact of practicing lovingkindness on wellbeing. It will include short and long meditations and an opportunity to share your experience.
