At Bayes Careers we offer training and guidance on how to prepare and implement your job search strategy and achieve your career objectives through lifelong employability skills.

Our team and coaches have real-world corporate experience and can provide you with advice on a wide range of topics including:

  • Preparing for interviews.

MBA and Professional Development advice

MBA (Full time)

Throughout the course of your MBA you may need support in evaluating your interests and values to ensure the right career path for you.

With one-to-one coaching with a member of our dedicated MBA Careers team, discover where your skills, values and goals could lead you, and gain assistance in preparing a strategy to achieve it. Email the team directly to arrange an appointment with one of your relationship managers. Can you also book available consultants on Bayes Careers Online for one-to-one advice.

Our professional development workshops also give you the chance to put together an outstanding CV, learn advanced interview and presentation skills, benefit from effective networking and discover powerful techniques in influencing and persuading.

Executive MBA (evening and modular)

Please email us to request coaching with a relevant consultant. Attach your CV and write a brief paragraph outlining what kind of role, sector and function you are looking to move to. Face-to-face consultations are available in London only.

MSc

One-to-one appointments are open to book on Bayes Careers Online. Appointments are only released two weeks in advance so please keep checking for available slots.

Please be mindful of your fellow students in booking appointments and if you need to cancel allow 48 hours notice to allow another students to have the place.

Attend your careers programme of practical workshops on campus including CVs and applications, interview skills, assessment centres and personal branding.

Bayes Careers is a dedicated service for our postgraduate students.

For undergraduate careers information contact The Career and Skills Development Service at City, which provides a professional, high quality careers and information service for students and recent graduates of City, in collaboration with employers and other University academic and service departments.
