Further information for Summer School applicants
Unless specified under a particular summer school, all options are available to UG students, however priority will go to 1st and 2nd year students. It is your responsibility to check if there are any pre-requisites required for a particular programme you are interested in.
We are prioritising students who have not already been on, or intend to go on, a study abroad semester or year or work placement overseas.
The scholarship will not cover all costs and is intended to be a contribution to your expenses, but is unlikely to fully fund the experience. Please ensure you have adequate finances before applying.
Some Summer Schools may offer accommodation on their campus, while others will require you to source your own.
Funding is only for on-campus activities at the host university and will require you to travel. Funding is not available for online courses.
Credits are not awarded for Summer School. Even if you are awarded ECTS credits at your chosen Summer School, this will not be counted towards your City degree.
There may be changes to subjects and dates, it is your responsibility to check the host university website.
