Our team are dedicated to supporting your endeavors and ensuring your success during your time here at City.
The Student Centre is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm (from 11am on Thursdays).
You can get general advice as well as support from our visa, accommodation, City Cares and funding teams. Please scroll down for more information.
Each team (Student Adviser, Accommodation, City Cares, International Student Advice and Student Funding) have their own MS Bookings for you to make an appointment to be seen virtually or in person. Please choose an appointment date and time from the relevant team's MS Booking, relevant to your query and specify if you wish to be seen in person or online.

Student Adviser Team
We act as your first port of call to receive friendly, professional and efficient advice and guidance on anything related to your life as a student including any issues that may arise for you during the cost-of-living crisis .We provide both practical and emotional support and will help you throughout your time at City.
International Student Advice Team
We offer confidential immigration and visa advice sessions in our dedicated consultation rooms.

We’re here to help you with your accommodation queries, from helping you organize a visit to halls of residence to advising you on applying for private accommodation.
