User research

Help City build its new website by taking part in user research.

City, University of London is undertaking a project to redevelop our main website.

To make sure the the website is the best it can be, we need people to take part in user research and website testing sessions, so we understand their requirements and what is and isn’t working. These sessions will take place on campus, usually last 1 or 2 hours, and participants will be compensated for their time with Amazon gift vouchers.

The health and wellbeing of our students and staff remains our top priority. During the current coronavirus situation, we are continuing to test the new website, but all of our testing is now conducted online. We encourage new participants to sign up and take part. You will need to have access to a computer with a microphone and a reasonably fast, stable internet connection.

To be considered for participation in this research, please complete the details below.

We will use these details to identify a diverse pool of research participants, representative of our varied audiences, and ensure we consider the needs of all our users.
