Library Services

When you first start using the Library, the online guide is a great place to begin. Please also see our ‘Returning to Campus’ Library Guide which has the most up-to-date details of changes to our services in light of COVID-19.

Our Library Guides covering over 30 subject areas are also available to give you an insight into how to make the most of your library and its resources.

The Library team provides a dedicated, professional and responsive library service in three locations across City. Our libraries have a wealth of printed and online resources, from core textbooks to specialist journals and databases, to support your learning and research.

Each School has a dedicated Subject Librarian who will be happy to help you. You can talk to any of the librarians at Help Desks during our regular opening hours, or you can use our Online Chat and ‘Ask Us’ services to contact us when you are not on campus.
