Travelling to the UK – Quarantine (self-isolation)
Before you travel to the UK, you will need to complete a form online (electronically) with your contact details and journey information. You can find more information and the access the form here. When you arrive in the UK, you will be asked to provide this information.
Students from some countries will be asked to quarantine (self-isolate) when they arrive in the UK for the first 14 days. The full list of exempt countries is on the GOV.UK website. If you need to quarantine please use private car hire (if you can) to go to your destination; if you need to use public transport to transfer your nominated accommodation, please make sure you follow the latest guidance from TfL, including maintaining social distancing and wearing a face covering, unless you are exempt.
While most of the teaching will take place remotely, if you'll be travelling to campus or elsewhere on public transport, don't forget to check which discounts you're eligible for as a student, including Oyster cards and Railcards.
