GDL Student Rufus Scholefield wins gold medal for rowing.

Congratulations to Rufus Scholefield, (Graduate Diploma Law) and his Great Britain teammates who recently won gold at the FISU World University Championships. The Championships is the only worldwide student sports tournament and this year’s event in Shanghai, China saw 34 events take place.
Team GB's Mens Eight Team, of which Rufus was a member, competed against Holland, Italy, China, America, and Poland in the final to secure the top prize in rowing.
Incredibly, Rufus achieved this feat while juggling essays and exams on his postgraduate law course with training. Read more about his story here.
