Find out how to make the most of your down-time with the Do Nothing Club.

Taking time out to do absolutely nothing is something that might seem unfamiliar in this day and age – especially in the busy life of a student.

On Thursday 28th November 5.30pm in University Building room B200, City will be hosting The Do Nothing Club. A gathering that will be exploring the art of doing nothing.

Come along to find out about how we can take care of ourselves by slowing down. Join artists, academics and scientists to explore the implications on our mind and body.

The event will look into ethical questions like ‘how can I justify doing nothing?’ when the culture around us demands productivity and multi-tasking. You will also come away with some ideas on how to get started on the practice for yourself and others.

No need to sign up or register, just join us on the day.
