The refreshed platform allows you to report incidents of discrimination, harassment and more. All reports are confidential, and you can report with, or without your personal details.

City’s new and refreshed Report + Support platform is where you can report issues of bullying, harassment, discrimination, domestic abuse, hate incidents and hate crime, sexual harassment or sexual violence.

If you’ve experienced any of these things, or you are concerned about someone who has, you can report it on Report + Support.

When you make a report, you can choose whether to include your personal details, like your name. If you choose not to include personal details, City won’t be able to contact you and it’s unlikely that any action will be taken as a result of your report. However, your report will help to identify trends of unacceptable behaviour and help City to prevent this in the first place.

If you choose to include your personal details in a report, a member of staff at City will get in touch to talk about the options available to support you. Each report is taken very seriously and is treated on an individual basis, with relevant support offered. City will aim to respond to your reports within two working days.

City is committed to creating an environment where all students can thrive and Report + Support is part of that. The refreshed platform replaces ‘You Report, We Support’. While the reporting process remains the same, the new platform provides information and guidance on individual issues, as well as a more user-friendly experience to make it easier to use.
