City Email provides a fast and convenient way to send information to others. The email system is open to all City members including alumni students which means students are now provided with an email for life after graduation. To use your email, you must have a City login account.

What is my City email address?

Your City email address is provided at student registration and is displayed to you during:

  • Account activation
  • Personal detail updates in E:Vision
  • Profile edit option on Moodle

How to access City email

There are three main ways to access your email.

Directly through the website

By using your normal web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Opera) you can access the Outlook Web App to send and receive emails, access your calendar and contacts. This is available  from both inside and outside the City network.

Login via

Enter your City email address and your normal IT password to proceed.

Via a mobile/handheld device

Via an email client using IMAP

Depending on what email client you are using, see below for the IMAP and SMTP settings.
